Expert Appraisal

If you are looking to have your jewellery appraised by a competent, knowledgeable professional, look no further. Sammantha is highly skilled and her expertise really shines through. I learnt so much during the appraisal process and was treated to the most interesting conversations about the diamond industry past and present. I was thoroughly impressed with the very detailed appraisal report and will be certain to return to Sammantha for any future appraisals. Highly recommend.

Sammantha was great. Very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. She also had advice and suggestions for refurbishment.

From the first contact through text to telephone conversations around my initial enquiry, Sammantha was reassuring and extreme helpful. A face to face appointment was made to have Jewellery that had been left to the family appraised. All costs to be incurred were discussed beforehand, the appraisal was completed in under an hour and written appraisal received before I had expected to receive it. Highly recommended for your jewellery needs.

Excellent service from Sammantha. I really liked the fact that she did the review herself. A lot of places need to send your jewellery away but Sammantha does it in front of you there and then. She explained and reassured me about a diamond I had bought at an auction. Very knowledgeable and quick turn around. Will definitely use her again if I need anything else appraised and recommend.

I cannot fault the service I received from Sammantha. Totally professional and my valuation was turned around very quickly and was jam packed full of information on my engagement ring. First Class Service.

Engagement Ring

Great personal service from Samantha, I would have no hesitation in recommending her. She valued my ring in the comfort of my own home and polished it up to look like new.

Sammantha valued an engagement ring and explained the very slight differences between her valuation and a previous one. Excellent value for money. Professional report, properly presented. Recommended and will use again.

I have a number of items that I purchased throughout the years and had never had them valued since I bought them. Sammantha explained to me the importance of having my items valued and insured correctly. Sammantha made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions. I was pleasantly surprised by the valuation on return of my items, which only took a few days to be completed. The valuation was beautifully presented to me, along with my cleaned jewellery. It looked fantastic. I couldn't have been happier with the service. Thank you Sammantha.

I received a professional and prompt service from Sammantha. From initial telephone conversation, to meeting and final detailed report. 1st class and much appreciated. Thank you very much.
