From the first contact through text to telephone conversations around my initial enquiry, Sammantha was reassuring and extreme helpful. A face to face appointment was made to have Jewellery that had been left to the family appraised. All costs to be incurred were discussed beforehand, the appraisal was completed in under an hour and written appraisal received before I had expected to receive it. Highly recommended for your jewellery needs.

Excellent service from Sammantha. I really liked the fact that she did the review herself. A lot of places need to send your jewellery away but Sammantha does it in front of you there and then.
